Our eighth vacation rental property, Abide, is located in Charlevoix County, which is also on Lake Michigan. Our seventh property, The Bear Creek Chalet, is located in Manistee County, which is also on Lake Michigan and is directly south of Benzie County.
Six of our vacation rental properties are located in Benzie County, which is a small county on Lake Michigan in the beautiful northwestern corner of Michigan's Lower Peninsula. A map of our vacation rental properties is provided further down on this page. (We also own another vacation rental house, The Restoration Cottage, which is currently undergoing additional renovations.) All of our vacation rental houses are very family-friendly and all of our vacation homes are pet-friendly as well! Two of these vacation rental properties are in Frankfort, Michigan, two of the vacation rentals are located in Beulah, Michigan next to Crystal Lake, one of the vacation rental homes is located Elberta, Michigan (which is just across Betsie Lake from Frankfort), one is located in Honor, Michigan on Little Platte Lake (just a short distance from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore), one vacation rental property is in Kaleva, Michigan on Bear Creek., and our eighth vacation rental property is a little fairy tale cottage in Charlevoix, Michigan that is one of the famous " mushroom houses" created by the widly creative American architect Earl Young. At present, we market and manage eight vacation rental properties in northern Michigan. Through this funding, we help support scholarship funds to help lower income students attend the school and we also help support the on-going operation of the school. In particular, a significant portion of our charitable donations go to New Covenant Christian Academy, a Christian school for northwestern Michigan. To this end, we provide 10% of all company profits to Christian charities and organizations. We strive to manage our business in a manner that is consistent with our Christian faith. We also are continually working to expand our vacation property offerings and to improve our execution in terms of marketing and managing vacation rental properties. We offer a nice range of vacation rentals and, whether a vacation rental is humble in nature or quite luxurious, we work to provide our guests with a clean and comforable vacation home at a good and fair price. We are imperfect people, but, thanks to God, our approach to vacation rentals has produced overwhelmingly positive reviews from guests on this site (as well as others) and we have experienced a very high level of success in marketing and managing vacation rentals for the vacation property owners that we serve.
We truly care about our guests as well as the vacation property owners that we serve and we desire to provide all of our guests and clients with a wonderful experience that is truly a blessing to them.
